Being able to articulate their unique expertise across both specialist systems and how they approach their projects was a priority.
The client knew their business with 100% clarity but found it challenging to present it in a way that did it justice. Making sure that it could also be easily digested by their target audience was a pre-requisite.
It was important to fully understand Imperium’s brand and business in order to provide the clarity that was needed. The process followed was a Brand Discovery phase researching and developing all aspects of the business such as purpose, vision, mission, values, core messaging framework, brand archetype and brand statement framing.
It required collating detailed information from the business owners, distilling that information to essentially develop the core of the brand, the heart of the business.
It lead to a detailed Internal Brand DNA Document, the very essence of their identity as a business, the reason they exist and why people choose them above the rest.
The process is designed to lay the foundations for success through impactful branding that then paves the way to effective marketing activities.
Imperium gained the clearest, most definitive and authentic explanation of their business that they can filter into all relevant touchpoints. They can share key elements with their audience, but also their team. It helps reinforce the key differentiators that resonate with their audience.
It also lead to an updated tagline for the company name. Imperium – Simplicity Engineered. It really hit the mark on many levels.
Alex has been developing our brand and marketing strategy and I only have very positive things to say about his approach, attention to detail and output. Following an initial brand audit process Alex has prepared a structured strategy for helping us build our marketing materials, content, branding, brochures etc, and we will certainly be employing his services going forward.
